Class & LifeGroups

This semester is all about  Developing  Godly Character.  On Thursday nights this fall, CORE will be studying the life of Moses, and learning about how God empowers us to live lives of  His character, in the midst of whatever circumstances we encounter.  Each week, we will examine an episode in Moses’ life, and gain practical insights that we can use in facing our own challenges.

Teaching will be by Ryan Williams

A brief teaching time by Ryan Williams will be followed by a interactive group discussion, where we apply God’s truths to our lives.  Come see what God has in store for you, and develop deep, meaningful relationships with others going through many of the same issues you face on a daily basis.

LifeGroupsFollowing the brief teaching we breakout in to LifeGroups. Whether you are just beginning your journey of faith or have been on the path for years, we all need to be in community. A LifeGroup is a place where you can invest yourself in others and have them invest in you. LifeGroups help you connect spiritually and grow together as a supportive group of friends though group discussion, prayer, and social events.

Family Dinner

We are still serving a meal on Thursday, even though even though we have moved from Wednesday night. The meal is served from 5:30 - 6:30 PM and classes begin at 6:45 PM.  The cost for the meal is $4.00 for adults (ages 13 and older) and $2.00 for children (ages 12 and under). This is a great way to fellowship with other families and best of all you don’t have to cook!

Bible Verse of the Day

Matthew 5:43-45
“[Love for Enemies] “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.”
